We want you to love your handcrafted jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your jewelry in its original Beadable Bliss gift box and place it inside a secure shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
